The entire campus and each and every classroom is equipped with continuous CCTV surveillance to ensure the safety and well-being of the students. We have around 150 CCTV cameras in the campus with a surveillance room to monitor them.
Regular monitoring by a dedicated safety and security officer, makes the entire process completely transparent, so that any untoward event may be averted.
At The Jazz, the safety and security of our students is of prime importance to us. Keeping this in mind, we have successfully installed CCTV cameras in all our buses with recording facilities. The cameras have been strategically placed in the front, middle and rear of the buses to eJazzcoverage and protection.
Surveillance cameras give us the ability to keep the children in check while navigating the route to or from the School. Occurrences like bullying inside the bus can also be monitored through this system.
The JAZZ mobile app keeps parents informed about the curriculum followed in the School, besides keeping them abreast of their child’s activities in the classroom.
It is the easiest means for the parents to communicate with the School and acts as a bridge between the two most important stakeholders of the child. There is a regular customization in the app based on our day-to-day requirement.
Our infirmary is equipped with all the medical facilities required to combat any emergency situation in the School. It is well managed by an experienced and trained nurse.
Furthermore, we have an official tie-up with Dr.Subbiah Child Care Hospital in order to take prompt and adequate action against any emergent situation.
Keeping our commitment of providing the best possible security to our students, we have introduced a chip based escort card for students dispersed via private mode.
Students will only be handed over to the parents/guardians after the escort card is validated by our system. In an event where the escort card gets lost, the parents will immediately intimate the school, following which the card would be immediately deactivated by the School.
Once the card is deactivated it will become invalid in our system. This mitigates any risk of handing over the child to a stranger in case the escort card falls in his/her hand. This has been implemented until class II.
